## 🔁 How to Sync Your Activity Log to a Domo Dataset

### Step 1: Connect a Dataset

Start by identifying the activity log you'd like to transfer into Domo. This could be from within your own application or dashboard interface.

### Step 2: Gather Required Info

You’ll need:

- Your **Domo credentials**
- The **Dataset ID** for where the activity log data should go

### Step 3: Create a Webform Connector in Domo

1. In Domo, create a **new Dataset** using a Webform Connector.
2. Give your dataset a clear name like ClearSquareActivity.
3. Enter a placeholder reference for the dataset; this can be overwritten when new data is pushed.

### Step 4: Save and Copy the Dataset ID

1. After saving, Domo will redirect you to a URL that contains the Dataset ID.
2. Copy the Dataset ID from the URL.
3. Go back to your app or integration platform and paste this ID where required.

### Step 5: Push Your Data

Once connected:

- You can **manually sync** the content to test.
- Domo will show a “Preparing Last Run” message and begin importing rows (e.g., 1,000 rows).

### Step 6: Automate the Sync (Optional)

To keep data flowing automatically:

- Set up a **schedule** to sync every night at 2:00 AM (or your preferred time).
- This ensures your activity log stays up-to-date.

### Step 7: Add Filters (Optional)

To filter what data gets pushed:

1. Apply a filter condition (e.g., workspace = "Tylenol").
2. Save the filter.
3. Only matching records will sync to Domo moving forward.

That’s it! You’ve now connected your activity log to a Domo dataset with optional filtering and automated syncing.
