## 🛠️ Creating a New Form

### Step 1: Add Basic Info

✅ **Tip**: You can mark any question as **required**, which prevents form submission unless it is completed.

## 🧩 Organizing Sections

- Forms can have multiple **sections** to improve usability.
- When multiple sections exist, users see progress like “Section 1 of 2.”
- Be sure to check which section you’re adding each question to—questions are section-specific.

## 📄 Saving & Publishing the Form

### Step 1: Create a Form Page

- Go to your Pages area and create a new page (e.g., “Offboarding Form”).

### Step 2: Add Form to the Page

- Choose the form you just created from the dropdown list and click **Save**.

### Step 3: Assign Page to a Group (or an indivudual)

- Go to the **Groups** section.
- Add the form page(s) to a group to grant access to specific users.
- You can re-order pages (e.g., show *Onboarding* before *Offboarding*).

## 🧪 Using and Testing Forms

- Users will see assigned forms in their portal view.
- Fill out the fields, upload files, and submit.
- Required fields must be completed before proceeding.
- Upon submission, users will see a **“Form successfully submitted”** confirmation.

## 📊 Viewing Responses

As an admin:

1. Return to the **Forms** tab.
2. Click on the desired form.
3. Select **Responses** to view submissions.
4. Click **View** on a submission to:
   - See individual responses
   - View uploaded files
   - Display digital signatures

## ✉️ Notifications & Data Integration

### Email Notifications

- You can set a **receiver email** to receive alerts when a form is submitted.
- Customize the email message as needed.

### Connecting to a Dataset

- Optionally, push form responses to a **demo dataset**.
- This allows for deeper analysis and reporting through visualizations or even predictive modeling.

## ✅ Best Practices

- Use clear section titles and descriptions to guide users.
- Use file type restrictions to prevent unwanted uploads.
- Always preview your form as a user to ensure usability.
- Consider using multiple sections for longer forms to reduce overwhelm.
