π Notes & Tips
- Use short, descriptive names for link pages to avoid cluttering the nav bar.
- External links are great for integrating third-party tools without embedding full dashboards.
- Keep in mind that some sites may restrict being embedded inside an iframe. If so, opening in a new tab is best.
π Example Use Cases

- Support Portal β Zendesk or Intercom link
- Sales Dashboard β External BI tool (e.g., Looker Studio)
