overview global pages are reusable pages that can be shared across multiple workspaces they are ideal for content that is consistent across teams or departments but still allows selective sharing ๐จ๐ปโ๐ซ walk through ๐ key concepts global page a page that is not tied to a specific workspace and can be shared across any number of workspaces workspace a group or environment that contains its own set of pages and users by default, a global page is not visible in any workspace until explicitly shared ๐ viewing global pages to view global pages go to the pages section in the admin panel global pages will be labeled as such if a global page is not visible in a workspace, it simply hasnโt been shared with that workspace yet example you may have a global page titled graph card even if itโs listed globally, it wonโt appear in your workspaceโs page list until it is shared with that workspace โ sharing a global page with workspaces you can selectively assign global pages to specific workspaces entered you desired workspace navigate to pages select add existing page choose the global page you want to share submit to add it to the current workspace โ
only global pages that havenโt already been added to the workspace will appear in the selection list ๐ ๏ธ creating a global page there are two way s to create a global page method 1 from the admin sidebar go to the pages tab in the admin sidebar click add page at the top right of your screen enter your content (e g html, text, etc ) optionally choose a workspace, or leave it unassigned use the advanced features toggle to enable auto assign to new workspaces (optional) save the page โ ๏ธ the โauto assignโ option means all newly created workspaces will automatically include this global page method 2 promote an existing page if youโve already created a page in a workspace and later decide it should be global open the page editor toggle advanced features click promote to global save the page now the page becomes globally accessible and can be assigned to other workspaces ๐ assigning a global page to workspaces once a page is marked global, you can assign it to additional workspaces open the global page click assign workspaces select the workspaces (e g sales, markeing, hr, etc ) save to verify go to one of the assigned workspaces open the pages section you should see the global page listed there โ
